QUROPE WorkPackage 6:
Young scientists and Training Activities
WP6 aims to shape and promote the next generation of QIPC researchers, fostering schools for young researchers and networks with special emphasis on cross-disciplinary exchange of young scientists.
Results and Accomplishments
- QUROPE Winter School
- The first QUROPE Winter School on Quantum Information was held in Obergurgl, Austria, from February 18-24, 2007. Videos and Lecture Notes of the talks are available for download in our Interactive section.
- QUROPE Young Investigator Award
- The 2007 QUROPE Young Investigator Award has been awarded to Dr. Michal Horodecki and Dr. Michael Wolf. See the official announcement.
- QUROPE09 International School
- The QUROPE09 International School "Quantum Information and Many-Body Systems" was held in Cortona, Italy, from May 3-17, 2009.
- QUROPE Young Investigator Award
