The QUROPE Governing Board
The Governing Board decides on all strategic issues and actions to be taken, in special cases by vote. The members of the Governing Board are:

Meetings of the GB are held twice a year in connection with other major events. Any decisions are taken at either one of these meetings, or remotely according to a specified procedure.
